Since a reading contest in the first grade, Amy has always known that books are magic. When she realized that she could couple her love of stories with her love of drawing, she knew it was the work for her…although she had to wait awhile to have the time to make it happen.
little BIG ideas is Amy Krawczyk’s studio. She is an illustrator, designer, educator and writer. She is interested in creative partnerships that involve making meaningful content for children.
A name easier to spell and remember than KRAWCZYK was the impetus for little BIG ideas studio. The name also happens to encapsulate what Amy believes to be the beauty of children’s picture books: they are little packages with big messages and meaning for young and old.
